Dirty, rusty black water was leaked all over my lovely powder blue carpeting, as the men removed my old refrigerator, making way for a new one. I was horrified, and asked a friend to help out, since that is his profession.
Well, a lot of it came out but certainly not all of it. I was then blessed with a recommendation to call Pristine Clean, which was the best thing I ever did!
Mark Newvine came out and, on his hands and knees , scrubbed and scrubbed (several times) and was able to remove all the rusty spots. He did so with great vigor and cheerfulness. He is a perfectionist, very detail-oriented, kind, and a gentleman through and through. I will most certainly call him the next time my carpet needs cleaning: I can’t recommend him enough!
