Mark showed up exactly when he said he’d be here. I was in a bind and really never expected he’d show up the same day I called him. These days to have someone show up on the same day they agree to , is unusual, let alone “ same day“ service.
He is very caring, he worked very hard to make my carpet (twenty years old) look and smell wonderful. He did an excellent job on both rooms! To top it all off, he’s pleasant and is a great listener. All of these standards are rare these days. I would recommend him to others.
