My carpet is over 25 years old and bears the spills from scores of people over the years. (for some spills , my rookie home remedy for the stain caused more damage than the initial spill.) Most recently a friend spilled coffee on this beige carpet and I dutifully scrubbed it with 6 different concoctions over a period of time before crying ‘uncle’ and calling professional.

Amazingly, a carpet I’d assumed would just have to be replaced, now looks better than it did 20 years ago!
