Mark is the best person to get the job done hands down. I own a restaurant with a ton of foot traffic rendering a... significant amount of wear and tear on the carpet. After every other month or so it looks like a dump-truck was doing doughnuts on it. Then one call to Mark fixes it all. We have been enjoying his services for the past 4 years and not once was he late, not once was he not perfect, and not once did he ever exceed our expectations. We even had Mark do a deep-clean of our hard floor surfaces in the storage area and let me tell you it was something made out of nightmares. I’ve had a couple carpet cleaners over the past few years and Mark is by far, hands down, the best. I’m not sure my... rugs have ever looked or smelled this good.
