I liked that Mark called the day he was scheduled to clean the carpet to see if he could come earlier, that was good as we needed to be somewhere at 5:00 and were able to make it on time. The carpet looks like new! Makes the whole house look great. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would have Pristine Clean back and recommend them to friends and neighbors!
