Mark is the best person to get the job done hands down. I own a restaurant with a ton of foot traffic rendering a... significant amount of wear and tear on the carpet. After every other month or so it looks like a dump-truck was doing doughnuts on it. Then one call to Mark fixes it all. We have been enjoying his services for the past 4 years and not once was he late, not once was he not perfect, and not once did he ever exceed our expectations. We even had Mark do a deep-clean of our hard floor surfaces in the storage area and let me tell you it was something made out of nightmares. He was there for about 8 hours straight and the place looked amazing. The staff was floored. Bottom line is, if you are looking to getting your stuff looking like immaculate, look no further. I’ve had a couple carpet cleaners over the past few years and Mark is by far, hands down, the best. I’m not sure my... rugs have ever looked or smelled this good. Mark was on time, friendly and efficient. I added two more rugs in my kitchen and nursery when he was here and he was able to accommodate them with ease.
