The man brought his own RUG to our house so as to not mess up our entry way rug. He has two pairs of shoes; one for outside and one for inside to keep our place clean. He worked very hard to make sure the problem areas ( old stains and smells ) were taken care of properly . He was able to remove stains and smells the other companies couldn’t. I will definitely use Pristine Clean again and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.
When I bought my house, the previous owners had pets and there was hair everywhere! I called Pristine Clean to come and clean the carpets before I moved in. On top of being extremely friendly I could not find a single in my carpet when they were done. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a carpet cleaner!
I own two dogs and work full time . Pristine Clean not only did an outstanding job on my carpeting , but they saved a rug I thought was destroyed! The man brought his own RUG to our house so as to not mess up our entry way rug. He has two pairs of shoes; one for outside and one for inside to keep our place clean. After having other places track mud through our house leaving their booties in the van, Pristine Clean was a breath of fresh air. He brought his own furniture movers. He brought his own water. He will not rest until you are satisfied, as evidenced by our milk spill issue that refused to relent. I liked that Mark called the day he was scheduled to clean the carpet to see if he could come earlier, that was good as we needed to be somewhere at 5:00 and were able to make it on time. Mark of Pristine Clean did a super job on my stained carpet. He took the time and had the special solutions capable of dissolving pet urine. He applied special solutions several times and suctioned the urine out of the padding and carpet. All in all he did a very good job.
Mark showed up exactly when he said he’d be here. I was in a bind and really never expected he’d show up the same day I called him. These days to have someone show up on the same day they agree to , is unusual, let alone “ same day“ service.
